「中化十一建湛江巴斯夫项目数百工人连日罢工讨薪（2025.10.30-31）」10月30日至31日，广东湛江巴斯夫一体化基地，中国化学工程第十一建设有限公司数百名工人集体罢工，要求发放被拖欠的工资。据工人透露，中化十一建已连续五个月未发放薪资。期间，罢工工人一度与十一化建管理人员发生冲突。为了拿到工资，还有已经离职的工人专程从江苏赶到湛江讨薪。
公开资料显示，巴斯夫湛江一体化基地是一个超大型化工生产综合体，于2018年7月宣布筹建，2019年11月正式启动建设。该项目是巴斯夫迄今为止最大的一笔单体投资，总投资额约100亿欧元，由巴斯夫独立建设并运营。项目建成后，将成为巴斯夫全球第三大生产基地，仅次于德国路德维希港和比利时安特卫普基地。
“Hundreds of Workers Strike Over Unpaid Wages at BASF Zhanjiang Project by Sinopec Eleventh Construction (Oct 30–31, 2025)”
From October 30 to 31, hundreds of workers at the BASF Integrated Base in Zhanjiang, Guangdong, employed by the China National Chemical Engineering No. 11 Construction Co., Ltd. (CNCEC-11), went on strike to demand payment of overdue wages. According to workers, CNCEC-11 has failed to pay salaries for five consecutive months. During the strike, workers reportedly clashed with company management. Some former employees even traveled from Jiangsu Province to Zhanjiang specifically to demand their unpaid wages.
Public records show that the BASF Zhanjiang Integrated Base is a massive chemical production complex announced in July 2018 and officially launched in November 2019. It is BASF’s largest single investment project to date, with a total investment of approximately €10 billion. The project is independently built and operated by BASF, and upon completion, it will become the company’s third-largest production base worldwide, after Ludwigshafen, Germany, and Antwerp, Belgium.
