【云南昆明业主入住烂尾楼被收停车费】位于云南昆明西山区的马街摩尔城已经烂尾长达十四年，无奈之下，部分业主于今年6月开始陆续入住。但让业主没想到的是，马街摩尔城物业近日在入口设置了收费杆，要求业主缴纳停车费。8月20日，愤怒的业主堵了收费岗。
昆明马街摩尔城是昆明市西山区城中村改造重点项目，项目自2010年启动后因资金链断裂多次停工，仅完成13栋建筑。
[Kunming Homeowners Charged Parking Fees After Moving Into an Unfinished Building]
Majie Mall City in Xishan District, Kunming, Yunnan, has remained unfinished for 14 years. Left with no alternative, some homeowners began moving in this June. To their surprise, the property management recently installed a toll gate at the entrance, demanding parking fees from residents. On August 20, angry homeowners blocked the gate in protest.
Majie Mall City was a key urban village redevelopment project in Xishan District, Kunming. Launched in 2010, the project was halted multiple times due to funding shortfalls, with only 13 buildings completed.
