On April 1–2, in Guoyang County People’s Hospital, Bozhou City, Anhui Province, a woman in her thirties died on the operating table during a fallopian tube unblocking procedure. The hospital subsequently shut off its surveillance cameras and summoned a large number of police officers to drive away family members who had come to demand answers.
