「广东雷州数百业主围派出所抗议警察抓人（2025.10.12）」广东湛江雷州市金悦华府小区的数百名业主，周日晚围堵了雷州新城派出所，抗议警察抓捕维权者。
据多位业主透露，当天早些时候，警察以“丈夫出事”为由，将一名女性业主骗出小区后实施抓捕，并将其关押，致使该业主的幼儿独自留在家中、无人照看。
为抵制物业公司私自将小区架空层转卖给社区，用于修建养老院及社区服务中心，金悦华府小区业主于今年9月初发起维权行动，持续至今。

On Sunday night, hundreds of residents from Jinyue Huafu residential complex in Leizhou City, Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, gathered outside the Xincheng Police Station to protest the arrest of a fellow homeowner.
According to several residents, earlier that day police had lured a female homeowner out of the complex under the pretext that “her husband was in trouble”, then detained her and placed her under custody—leaving her young child alone at home without care.
Since early September, Jinyue Huafu residents have been engaged in a sustained rights defense campaign against the property management company’s unauthorized sale of the building’s overhead space to the local community committee, which plans to convert it into a nursing home and community service center.
