From September 23 to 26, 1,300 workers of the Chinese-invested Southern Garment Joint Stock Company (Công ty Cổ phần May mặc Miền Nam) in Đồng Tháp Province, Vietnam, went on strike for four consecutive days, demanding higher wages and shorter working hours.
后续：9月27日，越南南方制衣公司工人罢工结束，公司方将工人的劳动时间调整为：周二、周六不加班，周日休息。不加班9小时，加班12小时，比之前六天12小时好了一点点，但工资依然很低。
Follow-up: On September 27, the strike at Southern Garment Company in Vietnam came to an end. The company adjusted workers’ schedules so that there is no overtime on Tuesdays and Saturdays, and Sundays are off. Regular hours are 9 hours, and overtime is 12 hours — slightly better than the previous six-day, 12-hour schedule, but wages remain very low.
