On the evening of April 8, in the Yongning District of Nanning, Guangxi, a female street vendor climbed into the back of a Chengguan (urban management) vehicle to protest a 500-yuan fine and the seizure of her goods. Following her persistent protest, the officers eventually returned her merchandise.
