「湖南“神医”面粉制药诈骗患者，上千受害者连日集会维权（2026.05.19-30）」5月19日至30日，湖南常德桃源县，数以千计的假药受骗者连日集会，讨要被骗走的医药费。综合多名知情人信息：今年以来，桃源县陬市镇男子胡某某用其妻子的名字开设诊所，并雇佣张家界、常德、慈利等地网红在抖音上大肆宣传，将自己包装成无所不能的”神医”，每次问诊收费约1400元。其所售药物实为面粉、干米粉等粉料混制而成，收费少则数百元，多则上万元。5月中旬起，患者发现毫无疗效，意识到受骗，陆续聚集到诊所要求退款。胡某某随即关门潜逃。据悉，受骗人数逾千，涉案金额达数千万元。

From May 19 to 30, thousands of victims of a fake medicine scheme held consecutive days of protests in Taoyuan County, Changde, Hunan, demanding the return of money paid for fraudulent treatments. According to multiple sources familiar with the case, a man surnamed Hu from Zouishi Town, Taoyuan County, registered a clinic under his wife’s name earlier this year and hired social media influencers from Zhangjiajie, Changde, Cili, and surrounding areas to promote him heavily on Douyin, marketing himself as an all-powerful “miracle doctor” who charged around 1,400 yuan per consultation. The medicines he sold were made from flour, dried rice flour, and other powdered ingredients, with prices ranging from a few hundred to tens of thousands of yuan per course. In mid-May, patients began realizing the treatments had no effect and gathered at the clinic to demand refunds, at which point Hu shuttered the clinic and fled. The number of victims is believed to exceed one thousand, with total losses estimated in the tens of millions of yuan.
