据投稿人透露，事发当晚，截访车辆行驶至浙江境内高速公路时突然抛锚，截访人员下车查看时被过往车辆撞击，一名参与截访的银行李姓主任被当场撞死，另一名截访警察身受重伤，已被送往医院救治。事故发生前，因天色已晚，被押送的储户曾多次要求在途中留宿休息，但遭拒绝。另外，因车辆在行驶途中冒出烟雾，储户曾要求停车检查，也被截访人员拒绝。

On the night of October 15, a group of interceptors from Henan were escorting a depositor from Henan Village Bank back to Zhejiang when their vehicle was involved in a traffic accident, resulting in the death of one interceptor and serious injury to a police officer.

According to the submitter, the interception vehicle broke down on a highway in Zhejiang. When the interceptors got out to inspect the problem, they were struck by a passing vehicle. A bank official surnamed Li, who participated in the interception, was killed instantly, while a police officer sustained severe injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment.

Before the accident, the depositor reportedly requested several times to stay overnight due to the late hour, but the request was denied. In addition, as smoke began to emerge from the vehicle earlier in the journey, the depositor also asked to stop and check the car, which the interceptors again refused.

“Villagers in Leping, Jiangxi Clash with Police After Detaining Deputy Township Head (2025.10.14)”

On the evening of October 14, in Huajia Village, Zhenqiao Town, Leping City, Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, a clash broke out between protesting villagers and the police, during which several villagers were beaten.

Huajia Village, located along the Le’an River, has recently been at the center of a dispute after the village committee allegedly sold collectively owned riverside land for the construction of a dock without villagers’ consent. In response, hundreds of villagers launched a rights defense action in late September, gathering day and night on the disputed land to prevent the dock’s construction.

The land in question lies across the Le’an River, forcing villagers to cross by boat each day to continue their protest. In an apparent attempt to stop them, the local government recently shut down the ferry service across the river. On October 14, government enforcers reportedly seized the villagers’ small boats, sparking outrage. Villagers then surrounded and detained a man identified as the “deputy township head.”

That night, a large number of police entered Huajia Village, demanding that villagers release the deputy township head. A confrontation ensued, and according to witnesses, several villagers were beaten during the clash. The standoff ended only after officials promised to return the confiscated fishing boats the following day, allowing the deputy township head to leave.

As of October 16, the villagers of Huajia continue their rights defense action.

On the evening of October 13, in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province, homeowners of the Meihao Yiju City Yunting residential complex were suppressed by police after two consecutive days of road-blocking protests. According to multiple residents, that night the local authorities dispatched hundreds of police officers, auxiliary police, and security guards to seal off the community. They went door to door, warning homeowners not to participate in further protests, and arrested several who refused to comply.

From October 11 to 12, hundreds of homeowners from Meihao Yiju City Yunting launched protest actions against the developer’s practice of forcing residents to purchase parking spaces, blocking the community gates and nearby roads for two consecutive days.

Hebei Xingtai Traffic Police Suppressed While Protesting for Justice (2025.10.13)

On October 13, several traffic police officers from the Qilihe Traffic Police Brigade in Xingtai, Hebei Province, along with their family members, gathered in front of the Xingtai Intermediate People’s Court. They held banners reading “Strongly demand the appellate court to correct the wrongful conviction,” protesting what they called the unjust ruling of the Neiqiu County Court. The protesting officers and their families were later suppressed by police — several family members were forcibly taken away, and one officer was pushed to the ground.

The protest is reportedly related to the earlier “Xingtai Public Security Bureau Qilihe Brigade DUI Task Force Case.” In that case, eight traffic police officers — including Zhao Jianwei, Su Xiaolei, and Xing Mingxing — were sentenced by the Neiqiu County People’s Court for allegedly accepting 120,000 yuan in bribes in exchange for helping drunk-driving offenders evade criminal charges.

On Monday, rights-defending villagers in Qinhuangdao, Hebei, surrounded a police car that was attempting to detain an activist, briefly clashing with the officers. On October 13, over a hundred villagers from Xiyanwu Village in Haigang District gathered once again in front of the district government to protest against the former village secretary’s embezzlement of collective assets. During the protest, police suddenly attempted to arrest a male villager, triggering strong opposition from the crowd. The villagers quickly surrounded the police car to prevent the arrest, and a confrontation briefly ensued, with one villager even climbing onto the car’s hood in protest. Faced with fierce resistance, the police ultimately abandoned the attempt to take the villager away and allowed him to get off the vehicle. However, the villager was later taken to the government duty office, and his exact situation remains unclear.

The protest was aimed at the former village secretary, Li Liandi, former chairman of Yanshan Industrial Co., Ltd., and his wife, along with the then-finance director Yang Shaoyin, for massively selling off collective assets during their tenure, failing to pay wages for three consecutive years, and neglecting social security contributions. In July of this year, several hundred villagers of Xiyanwu launched a rights-defending action, but their demands remain unresolved.

“Hundreds of Homeowners Protest Outside Police Station After Rights Defender Arrested in Leizhou, Guangdong (Oct 12, 2025)”

On Sunday night, hundreds of residents from Jinyue Huafu residential complex in Leizhou City, Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, gathered outside the Xincheng Police Station to protest the arrest of a fellow homeowner.

According to several residents, earlier that day police had lured a female homeowner out of the complex under the pretext that “her husband was in trouble”, then detained her and placed her under custody—leaving her young child alone at home without care.

Since early September, Jinyue Huafu residents have been engaged in a sustained rights defense campaign against the property management company’s unauthorized sale of the building’s overhead space to the local community committee, which plans to convert it into a nursing home and community service center.

从万润南以企业家的良知介入公共事务、被迫流亡海外，到彭立发以个体之身孤身抗争、身陷囹圄，再到“四通桥”成为了反抗的象征，这一连串事件跨越数十年，却讲述着同一个命题：在高压与恐惧之下，总有人以良知为炬。那座桥，无论名字如何被改写，始终象征着不屈的灵魂——他们用行动证明，真相与自由的火焰，纵被压制，终不会熄灭。

「重庆银行行长驾车无差别撞人致4死11伤（2025.10.11）」重庆近日发生无差别汽车撞人事件，导致4死11伤。据知情人士透露，10月11日，重庆綦江区郭扶镇，一名40余岁男子到派出所为其母亲开死亡证明，将车停在了非车位上，导致车子被锁。该男子出来之后，发现车子被锁，加上事情可能没有办成，于是非常生气，驾车冲撞人群，导致4人死亡，11人受伤。知情人士还透露，该男子“段位”比较高，是某银行行长。

A deadly car-ramming incident recently occurred in Chongqing, leaving four people dead and eleven injured.

According to sources, on October 11 in Guofu Town, Qijiang District, Chongqing, a man in his forties went to the local police station to obtain a death certificate for his mother. He parked his car in a non-designated area, which led to it being wheel-locked.

When he came out and found his car locked—apparently after failing to complete his errand—he became furious, started the engine, and drove into a crowd, resulting in four deaths and eleven injuries.

Sources also revealed that the man held a high-ranking position—he was a manager at a local bank.

「云南弥勒屠夫罢工抵制大公司垄断市场（2025.10.10-12）」10月10日至12日，云南红河州弥勒市虹溪镇、竹园镇的屠夫集体罢工，抗议吉成集团与当地政府联手垄断猪肉市场。

罢工屠夫表示，起因是当地政府近日出台的一项政策，根据该政策，全县的生猪都必须在吉成集团下属屠宰场进行集中屠宰，否则将不允许进入市场。此举无疑将大幅增加成本，影响屠夫们的生计。

在竹园镇，当地屠夫还联合行动，拦阻从县城吉成集团屠宰场运来的猪肉进入市场销售。

公开资料显示，吉成集团旗下一家名为云南吉源食品有限公司的企业，是弥勒市唯一的生猪定点屠宰厂。 

“Butchers in Mile, Yunnan Strike Against Big Company Monopoly (October 10–12, 2025)”

From October 10 to 12, butchers in Hongxi Town and Zhuyuan Town, Mile City, Honghe Prefecture, Yunnan Province, staged a collective strike to protest what they described as a monopoly of the pork market by Jicheng Group in collaboration with the local government.

According to the striking butchers, the action was triggered by a recent policy issued by the local government, which requires all pigs in the county to be slaughtered at Jicheng Group’s designated slaughterhouse. Pigs slaughtered elsewhere are reportedly not allowed into the market. The butchers said this measure would significantly increase costs and seriously affect their livelihoods.

In Zhuyuan Town, local butchers also took joint action to block pork transported from the county’s Jicheng Group slaughterhouse from entering the market.

Public records indicate that Yunnan Jiyuan Food Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jicheng Group, is the only designated pig slaughterhouse in Mile City.
