“广东百千万工程”全称为“百县千镇万村高质量发展工程”，是广东省政府主导的，旨在”推动全省100个县、1000个镇、1万个村高质量发展”的重大工程。

The “Hundred Counties, Thousand Towns, Ten Thousand Villages High-Quality Development Project” (commonly known as the “Bai Qian Wan Project”) is a major initiative led by the Guangdong provincial government, aiming to promote high-quality development across 100 counties, 1,000 towns, and 10,000 villages throughout the province.

From July 1 to 2, in Jinjiang District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, the owner of the Shuijingfang branch of Jimu Postpartum Care Center went missing, prompting the maternity nannies to go on strike for two consecutive days to demand unpaid wages. According to employees, local government officials from the subdistrict office not only failed to support the workers in defending their rights, but also attempted to evict both the nannies and the pregnant women from the care center.

On July 2, residents of Dong’ao Shuicheng residential compound in Pingdingshan, Henan Province, formed a human barrier to block traffic at a nearby intersection in protest against the developer’s imposition of excessively high electricity fees.

据死者家属透露：

1. 医生在明知死者有过敏史的情况下，为死者注射了中药注射液“喜炎平”，且没有进行皮试；
2. 主治医生曾要求家属在科室主任处购买了来历不明的药物，该药物由医生用黑色塑料袋从院外携带进入医院，具体成分不明；
3. 死者病情恶化、急需转院时，医院方面拒绝提供救护车协助转运。

According to the deceased’s family:

Despite being aware of the patient’s history of allergies, the doctor administered the traditional Chinese medicine injection “Xiyanping” without conducting a skin test; The attending physician instructed the family to purchase an unidentified medication from the department head. The drug was brought into the hospital from outside in a black plastic bag by the doctor, and its composition remains unknown; When the patient’s condition deteriorated and an urgent transfer was needed, the hospital refused to provide an ambulance for the transfer.

On July 2, on Jinxing Road in Tangjiawan, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai, Guangdong, a woman climbed onto a rooftop to demand her unpaid wages. According to witnesses, as of 6 a.m. on July 3, she was still on the rooftop.

On July 2, a company in Ningbo, Zhejiang, failed to provide social insurance for its probationary employees, dismissed an employee without cause, and forcibly took away the employee’s work equipment.

On July 2, at Beijing Daxing Airport, a petitioner from Zhaotong, Yunnan, was intercepted by interception personnel immediately after getting off the plane.

From June 30 to July 1, over a hundred workers at the Xinbang Garment Factory in Qianjiang, Hubei, went on strike for several consecutive days to demand their unpaid wages. According to the workers, the factory owner, who is already millions of yuan in debt, even attempted to persuade team leaders and workers to take out loans on his behalf.

7月1日，河北邢台人民医院，一名患者在手术后不幸死亡，家属们到医院讨说法，抱住一名医生的大腿以阻止其离开。据死者家属透露，死者生前因食欲不振全身乏力到邢台人民医院检查，被告知转氨酶数值偏大、乙肝损伤并要求住院，由于在住院十余天后没有好转，死者又被要求做人工肝治疗手术，并在手术后不幸死亡。事后，面对家属质疑，医院拒绝提供完整病历并拒绝告知死亡原因。

On July 1, at Xingtai People’s Hospital in Hebei Province, a patient tragically died following a surgical procedure. Family members went to the hospital to seek an explanation and were seen holding onto a doctor’s leg to prevent them from leaving.

According to the deceased’s family, the patient had initially visited the hospital due to loss of appetite and general fatigue. He was diagnosed with elevated transaminase levels and liver damage related to hepatitis B, and was advised to be hospitalized. After more than ten days in the hospital with no improvement, doctors recommended an artificial liver treatment, after which the patient sadly passed away.

Following the incident, the hospital reportedly refused to provide the complete medical records or disclose the cause of death, despite the family’s repeated inquiries.
