On September 15, at Baoding First Central Hospital in Hebei, the family of a patient who had died during a dialysis catheterization handed out leaflets to protest the hospital’s refusal to take responsibility, leading to a clash with security guards. According to the family, on September 10 the patient felt unwell during the procedure.
