「陕西西安养殖户赶羊群堵政府索要赔偿（2025.10.19）」10月19日，陕西省西安市长安区，数十只山羊围堵了鸣犊街道办的大门，引发大量市民围观。

据悉，今年9月，中铁二十局西安东站项目在施工时损毁了鸣犊镇向阳村的排水渠，导致村民张先生的养殖场被淹，150多只山羊和家人被迫流离失所。事后，施工方仅向其支付了2100元的“羊奶损失补偿”。

在多次向有关部门反映无果后，张先生和家人于10月19日赶着羊群，从向阳村步行十余公里来到鸣犊街道办，要求给予合理赔偿。现场视频显示，截止当晚，羊群仍滞留在鸣犊街道办门前。

On October 19, in Chang’an District of Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, dozens of goats surrounded the gate of the Mingdu Subdistrict Government Office, drawing a large crowd of onlookers.

According to reports, in September this year, during construction of the Xi’an East Railway Station project by China Railway 20th Bureau, the drainage canal in Xiangyang Village, Mingdu Town, was damaged. As a result, a villager named Mr. Zhang’s livestock farm was flooded, forcing his family and over 150 goats to leave their home. After the incident, the construction company only paid 2,100 yuan as “compensation for milk loss.”

Having received no response after repeatedly appealing to relevant departments, Mr. Zhang and his family herded their goats and walked over ten kilometers from Xiangyang Village to the Mingdu Subdistrict Government Office on October 19, demanding fair compensation. Video footage shows that as of that evening, the flock was still gathered in front of the office.

面对工人的维权诉求，俱乐部老板、曾被称为“陕西首富”的吴一坚一再推诿搪塞，甚至假装对欠薪情况毫不知情，拒绝支付拖欠的工资。

【Golf Club Withholds Wages for Five Years, Workers Go on Strike】
On July 20, workers and caddies at the Qinling Golf Club in Xi’an, Shaanxi, staged a collective strike to demand their unpaid wages. According to the workers, the club generates tens of millions of yuan in revenue each year, yet has failed to pay wages for the past five years. Each worker is owed more than 100,000 yuan, with total arrears reaching several million yuan. During this period, workers have been forced to survive on customer tips alone.

In response to the workers’ demands, the club owner, Wu Yijian—once known as the “richest man in Shaanxi”—has repeatedly evaded responsibility, even pretending to be unaware of the wage arrears, and continues to refuse payment.

On the evening of July 16, after three consecutive days of power outages at Jiabao City Shangcheng Community in Sanqiao, Xi’an, Shaanxi, residents, unable to endure the scorching 43°C heat, used shared bikes as barricades to block traffic on the West Third Ring Road.

On July 11, at the Diandian Plaza construction site in the High-Tech Zone of Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, a violent clash broke out between construction workers and security guards. Workers sprayed fire extinguishers at the guards and struck one guard to the ground with a shovel. According to eyewitnesses, the incident was triggered by the site owner hiring security personnel to forcibly remove the workers without having paid their wages.

On the evening of July 3, due to long-standing issues such as lack of heating and frequent power outages, hundreds of residents from Meimeijingyuan residential complex in Weiyang District, Xi’an, Shaanxi launched a protest. They blocked traffic near the Zaohe Metro Station in Sanqiao and clashed with police at one point.
