「广西苍梧被霸凌学生家属及村民两次到学校讨说法」9月7日和9日，广西梧州苍梧县石桥中学，家长和村民们两次到学校门口集会，分别为一名被霸凌的女学生和一名被霸凌的男学生要说法。9月3至4日，石桥中学一名女学生在寝室遭八名同学两次长时间霸凌，事发后，施暴者将霸凌视频发布到网络炫耀，引发网民众怒。不过，据受害者家属透露，施暴者至今没有道歉。9月8日，石桥中学另一名男生于2024年在寝室被霸凌的视频也开始在网络流传。

On September 7 and 9, parents and villagers gathered twice at the gate of Shiqiao Middle School in Cangwu County, Wuzhou, Guangxi, demanding accountability for the bullying of a female student and a male student.

From September 3 to 4, a female student at Shiqiao Middle School was subjected to two prolonged bullying incidents in her dormitory by eight classmates. Afterward, the perpetrators uploaded videos of the bullying online to show off, sparking public outrage. However, according to the victim’s family, the bullies have yet to apologize.

On September 8, a separate video also began circulating online, showing a male student at Shiqiao Middle School being bullied in his dormitory in 2024.

2023年9月6日下午，长沙梅溪湖小学一名年仅9岁的四年级女生语辰在课后服务期间，被男教师宋某明用三角尺砸中额头，造成 颅骨粉碎性骨折，脑内嵌入异物，后经5小时开颅手术才取出异片和骨块。

2024年11月27日，湖南省长沙市岳麓区人民法院作出一审判决，宋某明犯故意伤害罪，判刑5年，并禁止其从事与未成年人密切接触的工作；民事赔偿请求被驳回。
2025年4月10日，长沙市中级人民法院作出二审裁定，驳回双方上诉，维持原判 。

据语辰母亲透露，语辰目前仍在家休养，无法正常入睡、记忆力下降、情绪不稳定等后遗症明显，需要依赖药物辅助入眠。

On the afternoon of September 6, 2023, during an after-school session at Meixi Lake Primary School, 9-year-old fourth-grade student Yu Chen was struck on the forehead with a triangle ruler by male teacher Song Mouming. The blow caused a comminuted skull fracture with foreign objects embedded in her brain. A five-hour craniotomy was required to remove bone fragments and debris.

On November 27, 2024, the People’s Court of Yuelu District in Changsha found Song Mouming guilty of intentional injury and sentenced him to five years in prison. He was also banned from working in positions involving close contact with minors. The court rejected the civil compensation claim.

On April 10, 2025, the Changsha Intermediate People’s Court upheld the original verdict, dismissing appeals from both parties.

According to Yu Chen’s mother, the girl is still recovering at home. She suffers from significant aftereffects including insomnia, memory loss, and emotional instability, and must rely on medication to fall asleep.

Still, many parents remained skeptical about the claim that “the other three kindergartens have no lead poisoning,” and traveled to Xi’an for independent testing. They are currently awaiting the results.

重庆渝北区一市民因睡眠质量不好到渝北区中医院就医后不久便不幸去世，家属称死者到医院吃完两颗药后就开始冒汗、病重，在医院抢救十多天后就去世了。之后医院直接就把遗体拉到殡仪馆火化了，家属连最后一眼都没看到。7月5日，死者家属在医院讨说法。

According to the family, the patient began sweating and became critically ill after taking two pills at the hospital. Despite more than ten days of emergency treatment, the patient passed away. The hospital then had the body taken directly to the funeral home for cremation, without allowing the family to see their loved one one last time. On July 5, the family went to the hospital seeking an explanation.
