「盛大金禧受害人长沙中院维权，抗议法院不作为（2026.09.02）」9月2日，湖南长沙，部分“盛大金禧”集资案受害人前往长沙市中级人民法院集会，抗议法院在退赔问题上“不作为”。盛大金禧长期以虚构投资项目、承诺高额回报等方式向公众募集资金，于2022年11月发生兑付危机，造成投资人损失129亿余元。2025年6月，实际控制人盘继彪被判处无期徒刑；暴雷以来，受害人曾多次前往盛大金禧总部及政府部门维权。但直到2026年7月19日，长沙中院才宣布启动第一次资金清退，但并未公布清退比例和确切发放日期。
“Shengda Jinxi Victims Protest at Changsha Court Over Judicial Inaction (2026.09.02)”
On September 2, a group of victims of the Shengda Jinxi illegal fundraising case gathered at the Changsha Intermediate People’s Court in Hunan Province to protest what they described as the court’s “inaction” on restitution.
For years, Shengda Jinxi raised money from the public through fabricated investment projects and promises of high returns. The company suffered a repayment crisis in November 2022, leaving investors with losses exceeding 12.9 billion yuan. In June 2025, its actual controller, Pan Jibiao, was sentenced to life imprisonment.
Since the company’s collapse, victims have repeatedly protested at its headquarters and government offices. However, it was not until July 19, 2026, that the Changsha Intermediate People’s Court announced the first round of restitution. The court did not disclose the repayment rate or an exact disbursement date.
