「荣耀手机”魔法画报”霸屏耽误救命电话（2026.09.10）」9月10日，一名微博网友发帖称，其母亲凌晨突发心梗倒在厕所后，父亲拿起荣耀手机准备拨打120，屏幕却突然弹出”魔法画报”。由于长时间找不到退出入口，父亲未能及时拨出急救电话，只能逐户敲门向邻居求助，其母亲最终不幸去世。发帖人认为，”魔法画报”耽误了母亲的最佳抢救时间，”科技本是改变生活，却成了间接害死我母亲的凶手”。此后，他曾联系荣耀客服，提出道歉、下架该功能及赔偿等诉求，均未得到满足。
“魔法画报”是荣耀手机的锁屏画报功能，可在锁屏界面自动展示并更新图片及相关内容。多名网友留言反映，荣耀手机部分系统应用广告较多、跳转频繁、关闭入口隐蔽，对不熟悉智能手机操作的老年用户尤其不便。
公开资料显示，荣耀（HONOR）最初于2011年由华为推出，是其主打性价比和年轻互联网市场的子品牌。2020年11月，华为宣布将荣耀业务资产整体出售给深圳智信新信息技术有限公司。
HONOR Phone’s “Magic Poster” Lock-Screen Ad Blocks Emergency Call; Woman Dies of Heart Attack (Sept. 10, 2026)
On September 10, a Weibo user posted that after his mother collapsed in the bathroom from a sudden heart attack in the early morning, his father picked up his HONOR phone to call 120, China’s emergency number, only for a “Magic Poster” to pop up on the screen. Unable to find the exit button, the father could not place the call in time and had to go door to door asking neighbors for help. The mother died. The poster believes the “Magic Poster” cost his mother her best chance at survival: “Technology was supposed to change our lives, but it became the indirect killer of my mother.” He later contacted HONOR customer service demanding an apology, removal of the feature, and compensation. None of the demands were met.
“Magic Poster” is a lock-screen feature on HONOR phones that automatically displays and refreshes images and related content on the lock screen. Multiple users commented that some of HONOR’s system apps carry heavy advertising, redirect frequently, and hide their close buttons, making them especially difficult for older users unfamiliar with smartphones.
Public records show that HONOR was launched by Huawei in 2011 as a sub-brand targeting the budget and young internet-user markets. In November 2020, Huawei announced the sale of all HONOR business assets to Shenzhen Zhixin New Information Technology Co., Ltd.
