「中共自己谎话连篇，却热衷于封人民的嘴（2026.08.30）」中共救灾不行，封嘴倒是一点也不含糊，而且就连编造“谣言案例”都极其敷衍。8月30日，在西藏警方通报“网民姜某、刘某等10人被处罚”中，第一例即宣称网友发布的“那个泥石流是吓人，中尼边境吉隆口岸，官宣失踪都是480多人，加上尼泊尔那边，估计死亡要上千人”属于谣言，并处罚了发布者姜某。然而尴尬的是，这段所谓“谣言”描述的灾情规模，与后来的官方宣布几乎一样。于是，在第二版中，原来的“案例一”被整个撤下，换成了另一名网民和另一条所谓“谣言”。不知道针对该网友的处罚撤销没有，也有可能整个案例纯属编造。

The CCP may be inept at disaster relief, but it wastes no time silencing people. Even when fabricating “rumor cases,” it does so with remarkable carelessness.
On August 30, Tibetan police issued a notice titled “Internet Users Jiang, Liu, and Eight Others Punished.” The first case claimed that an internet user had spread a “rumor” by posting: “That mudslide is terrifying. At the China-Nepal Gyirong border crossing, the official figure already says more than 480 people are missing. Including the Nepal side, the death toll is probably going to exceed 1,000.” The poster, identified as Jiang, was punished by the police.
The awkward part, however, is that the scale of the disaster described in this supposed “rumor” turned out to be almost identical to what the authorities later announced officially. In a second version of the notice, the original “Case No. 1” was removed entirely and replaced with a different internet user and a different alleged “rumor.”
It remains unclear whether Jiang’s punishment was ever revoked. It is also possible that the entire case was simply fabricated.
