From April 21 to 25, a group of Chongqing Trust investors protested outside the Chongqing office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) for five consecutive days. Holding signs and chanting slogans, they demanded a meeting with Director Sun Xiaoming, who has yet to appear. Since 2021, multiple Chongqing Trust projects, including Jingrun No. 1 and Gusu No. 1, have defaulted one after another, leaving investors in a cycle of fruitless protests.
